Autostrek Terms of Use

Autostrek ("we," "our," or "us") provides a browser-based CAD environment, rendering tools, and subscription features through our website and associated applications (collectively, the "Platform").

Your use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy (link to be added).

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the Service.
• If you use Autostrek on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate and kept up to date.
• All activities occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.

• Autostrek offers both monthly ("Hobby") and yearly ("Production") subscription plans.
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are displayed in your local currency (for example NOK or USD).
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• You may cancel at any time through your account settings.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws in your jurisdiction.

Rendering features, including AI image generation, operate on a credit-based system.

Credits may be purchased or included with certain plans. Unused credits do not expire during an active subscription but may be forfeited upon cancellation or account deletion.

Generated images are for personal or commercial use related to your projects, provided they comply with these Terms and applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use Autostrek for illegal or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service.
• Upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights or contains malicious code.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or other users' experience.

All rights, title, and interest in Autostrek - including software, design logic, branding, and related content - remain the exclusive property of Autostrek and its licensors.

You retain ownership of your own project files, models, and renderings that you create within the app.

You grant Autostrek a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

Autostrek allows exporting projects in the custom .strek format, as well as HTML, PNG, PDF, or other formats.

It is your responsibility to maintain backups of your data. We are not liable for loss of files due to user error, device malfunction, or third-party issues.

We aim for continuous uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Maintenance, updates, or third-party outages (for example hosting or Stripe issues) may cause temporary unavailability.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from such interruptions.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms.
• You misuse or abuse the Service.
• Required payments fail or remain unpaid.

Upon termination, your access to saved projects and credits may be revoked. You may export your data prior to termination when feasible.

Autostrek is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that designs generated in the app meet local building codes or engineering requirements.

Users are responsible for verifying all measurements, materials, and designs before construction or commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Autostrek shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
• Design or construction errors resulting from misuse of the tool.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make material changes, we will notify you via the Platform or email. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
